Sometimes needs can be tricky to identify, let alone meet, when you operate in such a subtle way. One of the basic parts of Sensitive Leadership is that your main and only job is to meet your needs, that every result flows from that. These results include relational, vocational, physical, spiritual, and emotional. So, I would like to introduce your needs to you, in order. You can think about them like 8 committee members that all work together at this round table that you are the center of. When we don't meet our needs, life can feel like a cage and each of our needs is a bar holding us captive. When we meet our needs and respond to them and work with them, we are owning our life as it is and we get to wear the crown of our own authority. Life is holding you and you are connected in this ever-flowing process of new and now, how will you relate to your needs? Let's find out >>> here <<<.
The Sensitive TOO community is just getting started and we would love to have you as we continue to take shape and make this a new way to experience social media, as well as create and share all kinds of media >>> http://sensitivetoo.ning.com/
Please check out the calendar of events >>> here <<< where you can really come to understand what you are sensitive for as you enter the 4th dimension of being together with others who are doing the same.
Coming together with others to engage and use this information and practice Sensitive Leadership together in person is an invaluable experience for those who are ready for it and want it. It is not recommended as a very first step in getting to understand one's self and one's sensitivity. Rather, these events are for those who are ready to engage and go deeper with their own practice and presence with themselves and others. If that is you, then the experience of being with others in this way can be an immensely satisfying and beneficial experience.
