Sensitive Leadership uses an inverted model of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to serve those who are genetically highly sensitive and who want to lead their lives with sensitivity as well as strengthen their sensitivity.
The process of Sensitive Leadership is one of grounding, listening, presence, kindness, strength, stability, flexibility, and dissolution. It starts with an individual deciding to lead rather than punish themselves and continues exponentially from there. Meeting one's needs rather than other's approval is what gets results.
